How to process Onam Bonus, Allowance & Advance Bill 2024- ഓണം ബോണസ്, അലവൻസ് & അഡ്വാൻസ് ബിൽ പ്രോസസ്സ് ചെയ്യുന്ന വിധം
ബോണസ്
2019 ലെ ശമ്പള പരിഷ്‌കരണത്തിന് ശേഷം 31/03/2024 ൽ 37,129/- രൂപയോ അതിൽ കുറവോ, പരിഷ്‌കരണത്തിന് മുമ്പ് 31/03/2024 ൽ 33,456/- രൂപയോ അതിൽ കുറവോ ആകെ വേതനം (Pay + DA) കൈപ്പറ്റുന്നവർക്ക് ബോണസായി 4000/- രൂപ അനുവദിക്കും. HRA, Other Compensatory Allowances എന്നിവ ഒഴിവാക്കും.
31/03/2024 ൽ സർവ്വീസിലുള്ളതും 2023-24 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് ആറ് മാസമെങ്കിലും തുടർച്ചയായ സർവ്വീസുള്ളതുമായ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ബോണസിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
31/03/2024 നോ അതിന് മുമ്പോ സർവ്വീസിൽ നിന്നും വിരമിച്ചവരോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വിടുതൽ വാങ്ങിയവരോ 2023-24 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 6 മാസം തുടർച്ചയായ സേവനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ബോണസിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
മാർച്ച് 2024 ൽ അവധിയിലായിരുന്ന ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ബോണസ് അത്തരം ജീവനക്കാർ അവധിയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതിന് തൊട്ടു മുമ്പ് വാങ്ങിയ വേതനത്തെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് കണക്കാക്കുന്നത്.
പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്ത
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ബോണസിന് അർഹതയില്ലാത്തവർക്ക് പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവ ബത്തയായി 2750/- രൂപ അനുവദിക്കും. 31/03/2025 വരെ ഓണം ബോണസ്, പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്ത എന്നിവ മാറാവുന്നതാണ്.
മറ്റ് വിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാർക്കുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്തയുടെ നിരക്കുകൾ അറിയുന്നതിനും വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾക്കും ഉത്തരവ് കാണുക.
അഡ്വാൻസ്
2024 ലെ ഓണം അഡ്വാൻസായി പരമാവധി 20,000/- രൂപ വരെ അനുവദിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് (അച്ചടി) നമ്പർ 77/2024/ധന, തീയ്യതി 06/09/2024 പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുണ്ട്. അഡ്വാൻസ് തുക 2024 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസത്തെ ശമ്പളം മുതൽ 5 തുല്യ മാസ ഗഡുക്കളായി തിരികെ ഈടാക്കണം. അതായത് 20,000/- രൂപ അഡ്വാൻസ് എടുത്താൽ ഒക്ടോബർ 2024 മുതൽ ഫെബ്രുവരി 2025 വരെയുള്ള 5 മാസത്തെ ശമ്പളത്തിൽ നിന്നും 4000 രൂപ വീതം തിരികെ ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. 20,000/- രൂപയിൽ കുറഞ്ഞ തുകയും ആയിരത്തിന്റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങളായി അഡ്വാൻസായി ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പാർട്ട് ടൈം കണ്ടിജന്റ് ജീവനക്കാർ, സ്ഥിരം തൊഴിലാളികൾ മുതലായവർക്ക് 6000/- രൂപ അനുവദിക്കും. ഓണത്തിന് ശേഷം ഓണം അഡ്വാൻസ് അനുവദിക്കുകയില്ല. അഡ്വാൻസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് മേൽ ഉത്തരവ് കാണുക.

31/03/2024 ലെ ശമ്പളപരിധിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആ ബിൽ ടൈപ്പിൽ ബോണസിന് അർഹതയുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പേര് മാത്രമേ അവിടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളു. ബോണസ് മെനുവിൽ പേര് ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാത്തവർക്ക് പ്രത്യേക ഉത്സവബത്തയാണ് (Festival Allowance) ലഭിക്കുക.

അഡ്വാൻസ് എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒരേ തുകയല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു തുക നൽകി ആ തുക ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ ജീവനക്കാരെയും സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക.അതിനു ശേഷം അടുത്ത തുക നൽകി ആ തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരെ സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. ഇങ്ങിനെ ആവശ്യമായ തുക നൽകി എല്ലാവരെയും സെലക്ട് ചെയ്ത ശേഷം വേണം Proceed ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ.
ഫെസ്റ്റിവൽ അലവൻസ് ബിൽ ട്രഷറിയിൽ നൽകുമ്പോൾ DDO യുടെ Proceedings ചില ട്രഷറികൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്. Proceedings മാനുവലായി തയ്യാറാക്കണം. സ്പാർക്കിൽ ലഭിക്കില്ല.

Certified that the Ad-HOC Bonus Bill is prepared as per the Order No. G.O(P) 78/2024/Fin, Dated 06/09/2024. They are in Permanent Government Service on 31/03/2024 and having a continuous service of six months or more during the financial year 2023-24. The amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn previously.
ONAM ALLOWANCE BILL
Certified that the Special Onam Allowance Bill is prepared as per the Order No. G.O(P) 78/2024/Fin, Dated 06/09/2024. The amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn previously.
ONAM ADVANCE BIL
